CSR Sicilia 2023-2027 - Intervention SRD04 Non-productive agricultural investments with environmental purposes

Funds non-productive investments on agricultural land aimed at preventing damage and fostering peaceful coexistence between agriculture, livestock farming, and wildlife (in particular ungulates such as wild boars and fallow deer). Specifically, it supports the installation of fixed or mobile fences (including electric fences) to protect crops and pastures, as well as acoustic and optical deterrent systems.

For Ustica: May be of interest to farmers and livestock breeders active in Ustica wishing to obtain 100% funding for fences and protection systems for cultivated land to prevent damage caused by wildlife.

Who can apply

Individual or associated farmers and livestock breeders (including purpose-specific consortia and established or forming ATS) operating in Sicily, possessing an active farm file (fascicolo aziendale), registered with the CCIAA and INPS with the status of 'active farmer'.

Funding

Non-repayable grant at a rate of 100%. Eligible expenditure between a minimum of 75,000 euros and a maximum of 300,000 euros for individual investments, extendable up to 500,000 euros for joint applications (total budget: 4,000,000 euros).

How to apply

Electronic submission of the support application via the SIAN portal (the opening and closing period will be announced in a subsequent notice), accompanied by a business plan, certified technical reports confirming requirements and project readiness.
