Regional incentives supporting permanent hiring (L.R. 1/2026)
The measure provides financial incentives to foster stable employment and support Sicilian enterprises, covering part of the labor cost for each new permanent contract entered into or for conversions of fixed-term contracts.
For Ustica: The notice is of interest to all businesses, self-employed workers, and Third Sector entities in Ustica (from hospitality to catering, tourism services, and crafts) intending to make staff permanent or hire on permanent contracts. The measure provides a non-repayable grant equal to 10% of the labor cost for 36 months for each new hire.
Who can apply
Private employers, including self-employed workers, enterprises of any legal form, and Third Sector entities engaged in economic activity, with an operational base in Sicily.
Funding
Non-repayable grant equal to 10% of the total labor cost actually incurred in the 36 months following hiring, within the limits of de minimis aid.
