Disbursement of subsidized financing by Confidi
The measure provides subsidized financing granted by Confidi to support investments and development of SMEs across all economic sectors. The incentive covers up to 80% of the loan at zero interest financed with public resources (with a cap of 100,000 euros for smaller Confidi), while the remaining portion is disbursed using Confidi's own funds.
For Ustica: This opportunity is aimed at all micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises in Ustica, active for instance in tourism, catering, diving, retail, crafts, and fishing. The measure provides access to financing under subsidized terms (up to 80% at zero interest through Confidi) to support new investments or development needs.
Who can apply
Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) operating throughout the national territory in any economic sector, registered in the Business Register and in full exercise of their rights.
Funding
Subsidized loan with a share of up to 80% at zero interest (maximum 100,000 euros for smaller Confidi) and the remaining 20% at the Confidi market rate; management fees max 0.5%. De minimis regime.

The application for subsidized financing must be submitted directly to one of the accredited Confidi participating in the measure.
