Guarantee Fund for the Safeguarding and Enhancement of Cultural Heritage - ICS
Granting of direct state guarantees of up to 80% on bank loans intended for interventions to safeguard, protect, conserve, and enhance tangible and intangible cultural heritage. Loans covered by the guarantee may have a maximum duration of 20 years and a maximum guaranteed amount of 2.5 million euros.

The funds can be used for projects aiming to protect, safeguard, and enhance the island's tangible and intangible cultural heritage.
Who can apply
Private entities pursuing cultural aims (including associations, foundations, Third Sector entities, and cultural and creative enterprises) and public entities other than local territorial authorities.
Funding
Public guarantee covering up to 80% of the loan (maximum guaranteed amount 2,500,000 euros, maximum duration 20 years). Annual guarantee cost of 0.25% or 0.35% plus 150 euros in investigation fees (not a non-repayable grant).

How to apply
Submission of the application to access the guarantee to the Istituto per il Credito Sportivo along with project documentation, the last two approved financial statements or balance sheets, and/or the transaction's business plan.
