Guarantee Fund for Sports Facilities - Istituto per il Credito Sportivo
Issuance of state guarantees on loans intended for the construction, redevelopment, or expansion of sports facilities and for supporting major international sporting events. The measure requires a binding opinion from CONI on the technical project and the availability of the facility for the entire duration of the financing.
For Ustica: It may be of interest to amateur sports associations (ASD/SSD) and local businesses in Ustica planning to build or upgrade facilities and spaces dedicated to sports. The incentive enables securing a public guarantee of up to 80% on the bank loans required for the projects.
Who can apply
Private entities including amateur sports associations and clubs (ASD/SSD), businesses, non-profit legal entities, sports federations, sports promotion entities, foundations, universities, and public bodies other than territorial local authorities.
Funding
Public guarantee covering up to 80% of the financed amount, for a maximum guaranteed amount of 5,000,000 euros and a maximum duration of up to 25 years; annual fee of 0.25% or 0.35% (free of charge for FSN and DSA).

How to apply
Submission of the guarantee application in support of the loan through the Istituto per il Credito Sportivo (ICS), attaching the CONI opinion on the project, a business plan, and the last two approved financial statements.
