Conto Termico 3.0
The measure provides non-repayable incentives for small-scale interventions aimed at increasing energy efficiency and producing thermal energy from renewable sources in buildings. The scheme supports the energy upgrading of buildings through renewable technologies and thermal savings.
For Ustica: The opportunity is relevant to the Municipality, private citizens, Third Sector entities, and local businesses (such as accommodation facilities, restaurants, and retail activities) seeking to carry out energy retrofitting on their properties. The non-repayable grants support the installation of renewable energy systems and the thermal efficiency upgrading of buildings.
Who can apply
Public administrations, private entities (enterprises and natural persons), and Third Sector Entities registered in the RUNTS.
Funding
Non-repayable incentive scaled to the type of intervention and the energy performance achieved, drawn from an annual spending ceiling of 900 million euros (of which 150 million is reserved for enterprises).

How to apply
Applications are submitted through the channels of Gestore dei Servizi Energetici (GSE) according to the instructions and technical implementation annexes of DM 7 agosto 2025.
