Staff House – Title II (Capital)

The call funds investments for the redevelopment, modernisation, or completion of properties intended for the creation of accommodation, referred to as "Staff Houses". This accommodation must be provided on subsidised terms to workers in the tourism and hospitality sector, with the aim of improving their well-being.

For Ustica: The opportunity is relevant to accommodation facilities and catering businesses in Ustica that have properties available to redevelop or modernise to create accommodation for their workers. The incentive provides capital grants to facilitate housing for seasonal staff on the island.

Who can apply

Enterprises that, having full and exclusive availability of properties, operate accommodation or residences on a business basis for workers in the tourism, hospitality, or thermal bath sectors, manage tourist-accommodation facilities, or operate food and beverage service establishments.

Funding

Capital grants to support investments, with a total allocation of 54 million euros for the 2025-2027 period.

How to apply

Applications must be submitted exclusively via the online system of the managing body, Invitalia. The specific deadlines for submission will be defined in a subsequent managerial decree.
