Incentives in support of agile working - South Working (L.R. 1/2026)
The notice supports stable employment and agile working in Sicily by encouraging new permanent hires or permanent contract conversions. Workers must reside in Sicily and perform their work primarily through smart working for a minimum period of five years.
For Ustica: It may be of interest to businesses and employers in Ustica intending to hire or permanently employ personnel residing in Sicily to work in agile working mode. The call grants a non-repayable contribution of 30,000 euros for each worker hired for a five-year period in smart working.
Who can apply
Enterprises with a production unit in the European Union or in non-EU countries that carry out new permanent hires or permanent contract conversions of employees residing in Sicily under agile working arrangements.
Funding
Non-repayable grant of 30,000.00 euros for each worker hired under a permanent contract in agile mode for the full five-year period.
